When I was 31 and living in Sydney, I began seeing a gifted Energy Healer. Once a month, I’d drive an hour across the city for a 60-minute session—because something in me knew there had to be more to life than the traditional path.

But for years, I resisted my own gifts—I wasn’t sure how to use them to truly serve others, without feeling overwhelmed myself.

Then in early 2020, everything changed.

I joined a Channelling and Healing training—and within six weeks, my entire life shifted.
