Energy healing is a holistic and alternative form of therapy where a trained healer sends healing energy to a client to help them remove blockages from their system that are creating recurring issues.

In doing so, positive shifts are produced in a person's life.

There are lots of different types of healing out there.

The specific energy healing I facilitate is called cellular healing which can be sent via distance healing.

This means my clients heal at the most micro of levels - the level of cell, which is why they clear blocks and create results - faster.

All sessions (group + 1:1) are conducted over Zoom, an easy-to-download conferencing platform.

I use distance healing, which means I can send healing to anyone at any time.

Because the type of healing I use works at the cellular level, it's incredibly effective both online and in-person.

All sessions with me are an entirely channelled experience.

I create a high-level connection to Source, which allows me to scan your system to find what is ready to be healed and cleared.

All you have to do is sit back, relax and receive.

You'll have the option to record the session; and each time you re-listen more will heal.

This varies from person to person and depends on the complexity of the issue(s).

Deeper issues that you've been dealing with for an extended time generally take longer to heal.

BUT the good news is - you don't have to heal completely to begin experiencing positive shifts in your life!

In my experience, people who want to be healed instantly generally take much longer to heal due to a backlog of resistance, impatience and expectation stored in their system. Which unfortunately slows the process down.

There are several indicators that deep healing is taking place.

♡ You begin to TRUST your inner knowing.

♡ And my favourite - you smile for no reason at all.

Sometimes long-standing issues can take a little longer to heal.

However, there are a number of things you can do right now to support these areas to heal faster...

1) TRUST that you are healing.

2) Take note of the shifts you experience, both big and small. CELEBRATE them!

3) RELAX. When your parasympathetic nervous system is switched on, you heal faster.

4) Do what you can to ENJOY your life while these deeper issues heal. A gratitude practice can be extremely beneficial in these cases.
